Fantastic bike shop, staff, service, and prices.
I visited the shop while looking for a new road bike. Jordyn was extremely helpful, he took the time to speak with me about what I was looking for and then made some recommendations. They offer bike rentals and this is something I would encourage you to take advantage of. Highly recommend this local bike shop!
I had two occasions recently to use Kyle Williams EarlyBird Bicycles. First, they repaired a slow leak on my wife’s electric RAD trike’s rear tire. Second, Kyle did a complete rebuild of the manual hydraulic brakes (front and rear) on my RADrunner plus. On both occasions, the work was done very professionally. The tire repair was done while I waited. The brake rebuild made the bike feel like it was new. Excellent, good quality bike, on time, people there are very professional and passionate by biking. Best place to start mount Lemmon. Do not forgot you bike shoes. It is a 100km trip.
