Phenomenal customer support. We had relatives visiting and traveling by RV when two bikes were damaged in high winds on I-10 east of here. Both bikes were repaired (spokes and axle breaks) in one day at very reasonable cost....we were able get a loop ride in before they traveled on with fixed bikes. Great shop!!
Called with a quick bike question and Jordan thoughtfully answered everything—no rush at all. Drove down, and he literally pulled the bike he was working on off the stand, put mine up, and fixed it right there. Luke was working right next to him and was just as friendly. Solid in-store experience, great turnaround time, and excellent customer service!
This is a local gem! My experience with EarlyBird started a couple years ago with maintaining/repair of a few bikes. Folks there are expert at the mechanical end of things, and also have a ton of local knowledge and are really friendly and welcoming. More recently Kyle guided me with bike selection when I returned to mountain biking after a 15 year hiatus, and I couldn’t be more stoked with my choice every single time I ride (Transition Smuggler— great from Lemmon to not Lemmon). We were looking for gravel bikes with at least 45mm tires and Earlybird had two available to rent. The second we stepped into the shop I knew I was in a great bike shop! Very helpful knowledgeable staff and everything in the store was quality. If it was an option for our local shop it would be my go too. Glad I found it! Scored a great shop t-shirt to remember my mid-winter AZ escape! Thanks Earlybird!
