Excellent, good quality bike, on time, people there are very professional and passionate by biking. Best place to start mount Lemmon. Do not forgot you bike shoes. It is a 100km trip.

Earlybird Bikes fixed an issue with my Cervelo that no other bike shop could address. Issue: getting FAZUA App to access data in the bike. I bought the bike used and I had no knowledge what the ID # was - required to synch Fauzua up with the bike. Earlybird fixed the problem … I got the bike the following day … now I have access to critical data imbedded in the bike. Yay!!!!
I was visiting Tucson on vacation — not a local at all — and needed a bike repair near Mt. Lemmon. Early Bird Bike Shop came through in a big way. This locally owned shop is exactly the kind of place every cycling community deserves. Phenomenal customer support. We had relatives visiting and traveling by RV when two bikes were damaged in high winds on I-10 east of here. Both bikes were repaired (spokes and axle breaks) in one day at very reasonable cost....we were able get a loop ride in before they traveled on with fixed bikes. Great shop!!
