NOT HAPPY!! My partner and I ordered and paid a deposit on an outdoor couch setting and chairs to go with our table. We put the deposit on all of it, around 1/3 of the full price. We asked that they hold this for us, as we were renovating and needed it for Christmas. We were told no problem just give us a call when you want it delivered. Move forward to this week 25/11/24 and we get a call to say "oh we're sorry we can't deliver you items as they have sold out" WTH, how can you sell something that someone has already put a d... read more

I purchased 2 bedside tables in November 2023 and after I followed up on several occasions, took delivery in February 2024, 3 months later. I then purchased another 2 bedside tables in April 2024 and still waiting on delivery. I called Early Settler April 1 (prior to purchase) to confirm that there were 2 bedside tables in stock and check when I would receive them (after my experience with my first purchase). I bought an item online and elected Click and Collect and I will be able to pick it up at the local store. Then I was advised I would have to pick up from the Early Settler Collection Centre in Keysborough. I was then notified that the Collection Centre is only open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at random hours. I was told when my collection appointment was booked with an address for the collection. Do not buy from this company. We spent a considerable amount of money on an item at the warehouse sale. The item wasn’t delivered on two separateoccasions we were advised it was going to be. There is virtually no one to talk to at the company and most of those that you get are overseas call centre people with no information. We have been told multiple stories about what is happening, all of which are not true. Avoid this company at all costs.

You need to take multiple days off so that you wait for an order to be delivered. Your system failing is not a customers problem. Theyll inconvenience your time and not care about the fact you need to rearrange your time to suit them. Awful service
