Waited approx 6 months for the item.. When it arrived it looked grubby black flecks and grey on a supposedly cream and coral patterned hall runner. I was asked how I would like my complaint to be resolved, I said I wanted to return the item and be fully reimbursed. That email was ignored. I followed up with a further email outlining the issue again . NOT HAPPY!! My partner and I ordered and paid a deposit on an outdoor couch setting and chairs to go with our table. We put the deposit on all of it, around 1/3 of the full price. We asked that they hold this for us, as we were renovating and needed it for Christmas. We were told no problem just give us a call when you want it delivered. I purchased 2 bedside tables in November 2023 and after I followed up on several occasions, took delivery in February 2024, 3 months later. I then purchased another 2 bedside tables in April 2024 and still waiting on delivery. I called Early Settler April 1 (prior to purchase) to confirm that there were 2 bedside tables in stock and check when I would receive them (after my experience with my first purchase).
