After waiting over 6 months due to "quality assurance" delays, our display cabinet was finally scheduled to arrive on Monday. I took the day off in great anticipation. The cabinet never arrived. I tried to call the support number and was not able to get through. I left an email and got a call on Tuesday. They told me the item should have been delivered and did not know why it didn't leave the warehouse. As the warehouse closes at 2pm, I was told that they would follow up and call me the next day. The service at this store from management to staff is nothing short of excellence! Always pleasant and polite, nothing is too difficult. They will go out of their way to assist and ensure a smooth process from start to delivery. Thank you Springvale Team! Couldn't recommend enough! Always willing to give you the best discounts they can, and they sell stock right off the floor (unlike many other Early Settler stores). Great range, super friendly staff. Husband & I both beyond impressed.
