Although I am probably the world’s least decisive and organised customer, the assistance and greeting I get from the team at this store is second to none. They’re attentive (but not creepy), will happily offer challenges to my opinions, and wow they know their stuff. Although I’m yet to finish furnishing my place with quality items from here, I’m not in a hurry… every time I go in there are more lovely items, thoughtfully arranged and the whole experience is way too enjoyable! I’ve been so impressed with Early Settler so far! The table we ordered is such a standout piece in our home. While it did take a bit longer to receive our table, they were transparent about the timeline, and since we weren’t in a rush, it wasn’t an issue. We did run into a small delivery hiccup and discovered a crack in the real wood, but their team has been fantastic in handling everything. They’re currently arranging a replacement for us, and their professionalism and kindness is truly appreciated!
Amazing place to purchase furniture for cheap! Claire is an incredible staff member. She is knowledgeable and understands what works well with other things. If you show her a picture and your idea, she can work her magic. Be warned, they sell the stock that is on the floor. If it is damaged, they sell it as is. The staff warn you about checking the quality of the furniture before buying as they do not return. You will struggle to find furniture that is decent quality and cheap anywhere else.
