"From start to finish, dealing with Sarah the sales person was fantastic. She understood our needs going in a new house. When later the product was not exactly the colour we thought it would be ( different timber colours on delivery) they were more than happy to exchange for the product we saw on the floor. High quality product at a reasonable price."

This purchase was my second experience with the Bundaberg store. The first experience I would rate only marginally higher, if anything at all. The customer service is atrocious. I knew what I wanted, so just needed to view the item in the physical but constantly been told by the service person both on the phone and when I arrived to view it, how very busy they were, and therefore could not even spend the time to show me the item - I had to go look for it myself, was infuriating. 3 phone calls following up when it would be in... read more
