This purchase was my second experience with the Bundaberg store. The first experience I would rate only marginally higher, if anything at all. The customer service is atrocious. I knew what I wanted, so just needed to view the item in the physical but constantly been told by the service person both on the phone and when I arrived to view it, how very busy they were, and therefore could not even spend the time to show me the item - I had to go look for it myself, was infuriating. 3 phone calls following up when it would be in... read more

The attendant actively listened to my enquire then she showed me to a piece of artwork that would be perfect on my wall and would look fantastic in my new home.
