I believe I dodged a bullet working with this firm. I called twice to see if I could get some help with my taxes. The first time I called I talked to a secretary and tried to get some information about their pricing, how they charge and if I could make an appointment. She didn’t know any answers to my questions but she said that the Karri would reach out to me by the next day. That didn’t happen so I called back near the end of the day.
