Poor customer service
I tried renting from this place and the representative on the phone was rude and sounded like children in the background. I told him I would contact them back when I was ready to book and he hung up on me, upon trying to call back it seemed he kept forwarding my phone call. Horrible experience I'm not sure why companies like this are allowed to do business.
