What I thought was going to be a long tedious process, actually turned out to be smooth. I would like to thank my case worker CAMILLE RAMOS. She was very professional, friendly, informative and helped me through the process every step of the way. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!

Very disappointed that they don’t accept my husband ‘s Federal retirement disability. He is 100% disabled and was approved by the high federal court. I was told they only accept SSI disability. The information I was given when I was referred was very misleading and they need to update their information specifying that they mainly accept SSI disability.
If I could do zero stars I would!! The new family portal sucks!!! The old one was so easy to navigate! Now I have to drive to the office cause they can't understand what I'm asking them over the phone!
