I recommend not applying, it's not fair that since November 2024 my daughter is approved but is on the waiting list because the state has no funds, you call the phone to get information and it's really useless the answers they give you tell you to go to their offices and it's even worse the answers are that you have to wait and that they don't know anything... the wait is really desperate!

I am writing this review because I was highly disrespected by Family Specialist Ana Soto Contreras. She did not treat me with professionalism and also discriminated my living situation. She is not reliable and does not answer emails. She would cut me off and not let me speak while we were on the phone. I have never had a problem with anyone here before but once my child’s case was assigned to her, everything went wrong. They don’t seem to be very informative. You can ask questions and they say “ I don’t know” or my favorite of many ladies seemed so irritated that she remained silent on the phone when asked a general question… how long does it typically take before your application is no longer valid due to excessive wait? How do you not have information to give families who are looking for support. I understand there is a wait list but a general example of 1-3 months or sometimes a year so families can atleast think of alternate solution in... read more
