I miss when the 4c office was responsible for child care financial assistance . Every since they gave early coaltion responsability .early coaltion will play in your face. Case workers of early coaltion has 2-10 to view your document you submit to them . My case worker wait till the 10 day. Now i have lost my job. When 4c was respnsible in the past , its was easy smooth transation.Now i hate what this company has come to .. there should also be cut off , if your child is 8-10 year old they dont need assistance I hate this ag... read more

I would give any stars if I could. Very frustrated with Early Learning Coalition. My child’s application was rejected for “over income,” but the process is unclear and confusing. I tried many times to call Keila Rodriguez, the case worker, and my provider also tried multiple times, but she never answered. Front desk staff couldn’t explain how income is calculated (gross, net, monthly?), making it very hard for parents to get help.
