Whilst EPV seems good on the face of it, it has real problems. A member of the housing team regularly screams at people she thinks are “breaking” her rules. The well-being assistant is arrogant and regularly reports people to social services, tells people they have dementia and she needs to sign them up. Whilst a good many staff are lovely, a rogue few spoil it and are allowed to do so due to very weak management. It makes it both a toxic place to work and live. My nan bought her apartment at Earlsdon Park Village Coventry for £120,000. After living there for just 2 years, when she passed away last year, Earlsdon Park Village took back £10,000, leaving the family with only £110,000. My nan was lied to and cheated out of that £10,000. Be cautious when buying apartments here or dealing with Extra Care. It's not as great as it seems. We as a family felt angry by the lies told to us and my nan. Your a total disgrace and I don't understand how they company bosses sleep at night. 😡
I came here to talk to a group of Stroke sufferers and their volunteers about being a Guide Dog puppy raiser. My Guide Dog puppy and myself were made very welcome and the place had a lovely calm atmosphere. Plenty of parking too.
Attended a class here and visited the restaurant for some very tasty fish and chips. Overall a very pleasant outing.
Clean. Tidy. Folk actually look like they enjoy living there
