Pulled into Earl's tonight, Friday night, half an hour before closing time. Test rode 2 bikes, had the seats adjusted, Tried on many hemets, were properly fitted, chose some side view mirrors, bought a bike rack and drove off with 2 brand new, perfectly outfitted bikes on our just installed bike rack with our perfect hemets !!!!!!! Most friendly, professional shopping experience I may have ever had!!!!!! They closed the doors at closing time as we were leaving!!
The personalized service was excellent. There were several options for me to try and I was encouraged to take all the time I needed. It was my first time in and I will be a repeat customer.
