I bought an e-bike from Earl’s looking for exemplary customer service. Staci has been very patient with my questions and has provided both an excellent product and service. Highly recommended.
If you want to be charged more than double the amount of proper cost shop here if you want to pay proper pricing labor and parts my advice is try Lenny’s bike shop in Lynden. Today I went to Earl’s bike shop spoke to Craig-the owner who I’ve known since 2010-and he quoted me 110 and I’d have come back in this afternoon well but so he had written 4 numbers down for a front brake adjustment with new parts and a new front tire no inner tube and adding them with labor according to him it was 110 and so he gave me the piece of pa... read more
Went in to buy Christmas gifts for family and was blown away by the friendly and helpful staff! Will be going here for all future bike needs!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff who always have the parts I need in stock. Worth the 30-40 min drive for me to go to a bike shop that still has the good old fashioned feel but a new, modern stock of parts and bikes.
