I had Mark Earley Jr. represent me for a reckless driving ticket I received for an accident I was involved in. It was a single person accident where I wasn’t speeding or swerving so it was a bit of an overcharge. Mr. Earley suspected this and was able to guide me and get the entire ticket dismissed. The paralegal, Julie, was also very helpful throughout the process. Would recommend them to anyone serious about getting something done and willing to also put in some effort.
Spoke to Mr. Earley over the phone about my case. Instead of Mr. Earley, providing a clear legal consultation, he became condescending. He was extremely rude and insulting. It is unbelievable how you can call yourself serving anybody in congress. SMH
RUN!! I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone. I chose them based on a flier I received (portraying Mr. Earley Sr. as a Christian/highly involved in charities etc) after a speeding/reckless driving ticket while trying to get my husband to an emergency room. Mr. Mark Earley oversaw a case that I had been charged with. He made more than enough effort to keep me informed throughout the process and up to the court date. A couple Lawyers I have used in the past couldn't be bothered to answer their phone, or any questions for sometimes months on end. I felt like he took my case seriously, and informed me of possible outcomes and what we could hope for as a result of the verdict.
