Very impersonal. Exam done by 'remote doctor'. No need to bring a second person...never used. All they want to do is sell you expensived hearing aids! Terrible experience.
It was very good. Everyone were very nice and made you feel good. It was great.
Serena is the best! My husband has hearing loss and tinnitus and recently purchased hearing aids. Serena was very, very helpful in coaching and teaching Paul to adapt to them. We are not computer literate but with her supportive method of teaching him, he is now using his phone to activate the devices. Thanks so much Serena and love our talks of our pets!

The hearing test I had was very thorough and the doctors explanations were clear and understandable. Nothing was let out. The officer there seemed to run very smoothly as well.
