Every time I have gone to the restaurant/cafe, I have been given hot chips that have been soaked in oil and fried to a crisp that there’s no potato left. Hot chips are the easiest thing to cook! I have given this cafe/restaurant chance after chance but have been continually disappointed. One of the older staff who served me, had absolutely no customer service skills either!!! Just receive the rudest phone call if you are a Gardener avoid this complex, It was shameful the way I was just spoken to about work here. Couldn’t imagine how they would treat their staff!
This is about the restaurant at the retirement village. The village speaks for itself. Our Mum has been here for 15 years and represents good value for money and the surroundings and the services are simply excellent. The restaurant was visited by us on this Mother's day. The meal was hearty and great value and totally enjoyable. A special mention to the lady who served us. Kimmy.
