Had been with Earl Doman for years. His sons have taken over the practice. Terrible communication, tripled our rates and un willing to answer questions when there was a hold up with the IRS.
Will never recommend this tax service to anyone. Provided payment voucher for wrong year resulting in payment not being credited to current amount due, resulting in penalties and interest from the state. When I pointed this out, the lady laughed and said that was probably explained when I picked up my taxes. I said it was not, so she said, "Then it would have been clear in the packet."
