I can’t recommend Jayne enough, she’s worth more than 5 stars. She is friendly, reassuring, explained everything clearly and most importantly unblocked my ear. Made the appointment same day for me which was such a relief as it was driving me mad. On a Sunday too. Thank you so much again Jayne! C x

Jayne provided an excellent and professional service for my father and there are plenty of reasons I'd say this. Firstly Jayne was easy to communicate with and the booking process a breeze. She arrived promptly and was very quick at putting my 77 year old dad at ease and we had plenty of lighthearted banter during her visit. That said - she remained extremely professional, was fastidious in her work and even spotted an ear infection which she gave us professional advice and we have been in contact with our GP. Would really recommend Jayne. I was really nervous about having my ear cleaned but she really put me at ease. Jayne explained about everything she would be doing and reassured me all would be OK. Very professional, offered advice about ear care moving forward and couldn't be more happy with the service she offered.
