Retired to the area and needed to find a clinic that services my brand of hearing aids. E-t-H clinic services my brand of hearing aids so I went to them. Admin staff is very helpful and friendly . Kaitlyn Gallagher is very knowledgeable. I was not treated like just another number, they actually show true concern and were attentive to my issues. I was seen within five minutes of my scheduled appt. (awesome !). I have found a place where I will continue to go for my hearing issues and hearing aid service.
When you walk in the door, the receptionist, Jackie is very welcoming and upbeat. Kaitlyn, the hearing aid specialist is knowledgeable and takes as much time as necessary to explain my situation.
Audiologist was well trained and explained everything to me in detail.
Kaitlyn Gallagher is the BEST hearing aid specialist I have ever experienced! She totally takes her time to thoroughly examine your hearing and helps you to use your own hearing aids. She has been a Godsend to me and my friends and family see a huge difference in my hearing and my voice. I could not be happier. She is there to help you - she does not try to sell you new hearing aids if the ones you have are adequate. I highly recommend this sweet, caring person if you are experiencing hearing loss!
Kaitlyn is one of the best hearing specialists we have worked with. Very knowledgeable and caring. Takes as much time as a client needs. Jackie in the front office is great and always so inviting. Makes everyone feel special.
