I was very pleased with my experience at Ear to Hear. The gentleman doing my exam was very informative and good. The receptions was also nice. And it's a wonderful thing to be able to hear again!
Jozy is patient and attentive to her clients. If you are having trouble hearing, do not hesitate to make an appointment.
The service was excellent, they addressed the problem and explained what was needed. A great experience over all.
Don’t buy your hearing aids through here. The specialist Chris Moore is very shady and doesn’t care about his patients. Only cares about the $$$$. He is never in the office, skips out early, arrives late. Or even acts like he is in the office when in fact he is still at home. Has been known for selling hearing aids under the table. Upper management and owners have been made aware of his actions several times. They continue to let him. And they wonder why he doesn’t bring in any more money on sales!!!!
