I received a very kind and professional service from start to finish. Every step of the process was explained to me clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. I was listened to carefully, and all of my questions were answered with patience. The hearing test was thorough, and I am delighted with my new hearing aids. I popped in to Ear Care Specialists, Sherwood to get some advice following a very heavy handed and painful ear wax removal from another Nottingham hearing clinic. This was my first time speaking to a specialist about my hearing and Dr Jeff immediately put me at ease. Having ruled out wax being the issue using in ear imaging, he was able to carry out checks of my hearing, explain clearly what they mean and recommend the next steps. I’m so glad that I visited and would highly recommend to others based on my own experience.
