HORRIBLE!!! Don't send your loved ones here to Bayou Vista! They put on a good show on the surface but care is lacking with short staff, and they didn't have diapers in the entire facility for 3 days!! How does that happen? They also let staff park in the guest parking! Recently saw 3 separate employees parking in the guest parking. If you have a loved one here, be prepared to walk a long way in the summer heat because the staff takes up all the guest parking!
