As a delivery driver, I found this location very difficult to navigate. The community is very large with multiple buildings, and the directions provided at the entrance were not detailed enough to help locate the correct building. Clearer building identification and better wayfinding signs would make deliveries much more efficient. April 18, 2026 For yet another time this year I advise against using the Memory Care section of Eagle's Trace for a loved one unless you are willing to risk long periods of not being able to have a telephone conversation with your loved one. Sometime in February I began getting a busy signal every time I telephoned my wife. On February 14 I posted a critical review in this website. Visited Eagles Trace recently. The community has a beautiful 70 acre campus, great food in several dining rooms. The folks in sales (Marianna and Carlens) have been so kind and helpful to me.
Use the Memory Care section of Eagle's Trace for a loved one IF you are willing to risk long periods of not being able to have a telephone conversation with your loved one. I have currently gone 36 consecutive days without a telephone conversation with my wife who is a resident in their Memory Care. This is in addition to the many days last year when my wife's telephone did not function properly. A malfunctioning telephone is not compatible with the high fee Eagle's Trace charges for its memory care services.
Although not a resident at Eagle's Trace, I have had four family members and long-time friends of the family live in the facilities here in Houston. The long-term care area, Bayou Vista, is one of the better appointed care facilities here in Houston, and that's saying a lot since we do have the Texas Medical Center here in town. And the living areas, which comprise the rest of the ET campus, are top-notch.
