This is the worst run business I've ever encountered. Bought two chairs. The chairs arrived over 5 weeks later than what I was told upon purchase. Took 11 weeks total. Never a phone call to me on status, never an apology. They also claimed several times that they have no idea when furniture will arrive, cannot track anything and never once tried to find the chairs. Never, ever again.
Shopping at Eagle’s Rest is a pure delight. I never enjoyed furniture shopping until I stepped into this delightful home furnishings store. I first went to Eagle’s Rest out of curiosity after having it heard mentioned on Kansas Public Radio. We just bought our sixth piece of furniture, a Sunrise chair and ottoman, from Eagles Rest. We love how the staff is so friendly and listens to our needs in helping us find the perfect fit between us and the furniture. We also appreciate the quality and durability of the furniture. We bought our Savvy mattresses from Diane over 10 yrs ago and it’s still my favorite mattress. The latex layers never sag or lose their comfort and Diane worked with us literally for months letting us try different configurations and testing as long as we needed to. Her Mass St business is a credit to our community and to her “savvy” as a successful business woman.
