They were able to help me find the perfect chair to suit me and the customer service was amazing.
This is the worst run business I've ever encountered. Bought two chairs. The chairs arrived over 5 weeks later than what I was told upon purchase. Took 11 weeks total. Never a phone call to me on status, never an apology. They also claimed several times that they have no idea when furniture will arrive, cannot track anything and never once tried to find the chairs. Never, ever again.
