Hands down the best facility I’ve worked at in my 12 years of healthcare. The activity director has all the residents engaged. The housekeeper does amazing work. The administration has 25 years of healthcare background. I’d move my parents in a heartbeat
I have worked in healthcare for 8 years, I’ve been to many facilities, and I have never been in a facility that is so dirty and unkept. Management does not seem to acknowledge that the facility is filthy or that resident care isn’t being met. Residents are being left in bed all day, not changed regularly, catheter care not being done, and the management does not seem to have knowledge of healthcare. I can understand a growing facility but the things I witnessed were unacceptable in any case.
