Eagles' Haven is a magnificent community resource. In the aftermath of trauma, Rebecca Jarquin, LCSW and JAFCO have built a vibrant, welcoming place for healing and connection. Over the years, I've referred many clients to Eagles' Haven programs, services, and support groups. The feedback I've received is invariably a message of gratitude for the skillful, nurturing staff and volunteers. Broward County is blessed to have such an important site for transformational growth.
I recently visited Danielle's acupuncture class at Eagles' Haven. I was so impressed with her knowledge of Chinese medicine and the way she relates it to western medicine and our minds and bodies. Her sincerity , empathy, and skills created an atmosphere of serenity and inner peace.
Eagles Haven is a true treasure for our community. It is a safe, inviting, nourishing space rooted in support and love… and that really shines through from the moment you enter. Thank you to all of the staff for the work that you do and for providing exceptional classes/ services to our community!!!
