Update: Every visit has been exceptional.
First let me say I am APPALLED by the negative reviews about this branch and in particular, Franchesca! I, along with several of my colleagues, have visited this branch prior to and during Covid and have NEVER received less than AMAZING customer service from the Assistant Manager and Tellers. I am always immediately welcomed and recognized as soon as I come into the branch. I have dealt with Franchesca several times during my visits to the branch and via telephone and not one time have I experienced any racial discrimination... read more
This was thg worse bank experience I have ever had I was racially profiled by one of the tellers it took me 20 minutes to cash a check for $400 because I was black. This teller called my company to verify a check that was given to me that was a bonus check. I can't remember the racist teller name but her initials are F.M.
In my experience, the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Ed V. as your banker!
