I have a money market account and I was told about 6-7 weeks ago that they can order free checks for me (1st order). I said that would be great and asked for it. The manager said it would arrive in 2 weeks. But they never arrived and 3-4 weeks later, I stopped by again to ask. The manager said she is new and she ordered through a company which does not exist or Eagle Bank does not have a contract with them. Philomina and Bani and their entire team are incredible! Eagle Bank is a “big” bank but it feels more like a neighborhood bank. Everyone greets you by name, they’re always there with a smile and are willing to help. I use them for business and personal banking and have had nothing but a positive experience over the past 10 plus years!
This branch desperately needs to hire people who can speak and understand English. I had to speak to 3 different people just to have my simple question answered - A total waste of energy and time!
