The fact that he's trying to save a dollar by not replacing tires soon enough, putting human lives at risk, all for his own financial gain, makes me wonder why anybody would rent from him. Not to mention dirty busses and lying about the A/C working. I don't know of any, not even one occasion where they actually worked after he gave his word that they did.
No customer respect, dirty buses without a/c!!! Stay far away!
