Eagle Valley Senior Citizens Housing Society (EVSCHS) is a non-profit registered charity that was established in 1974 to help provide low income housing options for seniors in Sicamous and surrounding areas. EVSCHS is comprised of three levels of housing. The Haven, is our 28 unit independent low income seniors housing complex. Heat, hot water and basic cable are included in tenants rent. They are also always looking for people to come and work, everyone from cooks to cleaning services and health care aides.
