Absolutely great service!
My name is William Gatlos. This is my story. as my appointment was finishing I looked out the window and my transport van was there. When I went out the door it was gone. This was 11:45. Mercy therapy closes at noon on Friday so I had to stand outside where there was no bench or anything to sit for a 1/2 hour holding myself up with my Walker 3 days after having knee replacement surgery in the pouring rain waiting for these people to come back and get me.
Shelly (Eagle Transport) is the perfect example of what a driver/employee should be! My family has become her family And vice versa. Her work ethic is admirable and her personality is extraordinary. I will never forget her and the way she shines her light on the world!
