I recently rented a dumpster from this company. It was parked on the street outside my home which is on a slight hill. When their driver came to pickup the dumpster he apparently bump the dumpster and it roll down my street and knock over my mail box and put a rut in my lawn about 10 inches wide by 8 feet long. The driver stated that the driver who left off the dumpster initially should have blocked the dumpster. He did not check to see if this was done before he try to load the dumpster. Truck 83, Owings Mills New Town Runnymede rd area.... downhill group of guys. We are never sure when or if they will show. Some do not understand the concept of bending down to pick up what missed the truck.

For 29yrs I've lived in my house. For 28 years I've had to replace numerous trash cans because they were left in the road and hit by cars. This last year. The driver has been throwing the trash. Not only does he make sure the can isn't in the road. He puts it far from the road. And also not blocking my driveway as opposed to leaving it in the center. Excellent service!
