IF YOU NEED A RIDE...START WALKING NOW! – If you could give them a negative 10 I would! 6:30 A.M. Pick up today never happened. When I called the company to ask where driver was they responded by saying he was "pulled over by a cop." They promised a car would be here in 15 minutes. We waited and at that point we were 1/2 hr. late. Driver never showed. And we figured out that our reservation was never made. At that point we just took our own car and ran. Horrible – I called on 1-30-09 to reserve a taxi for new years and called 1-31-09 to confirm. I was told both times a taxi would be there. No taxi ever showed up. We waited 2 hours. If a taxi service can't deliver they should tell you when you call, not make empty promises and leave people stranded.
