HORRENDOUS service! I called in January to see if they were available to take me on as a corporate client in my attempt to support local. She said, "of course," and we made arrangements to have the paperwork done mid-late February. And that's where the pain started. Weeks later, several unreturned emails, a useless Zoom meeting where she was late and had zero prepared, also misspelled my (uncomplicated) last name TWICE. Unacceptable, especially in a profession where it's all about the details.
