Big shoutout to the person who helped me while I was waiting in line at the USPS and gave me a free consultation. I was feeling confused about mailing my tax documents, and he kindly stepped in, reviewed everything, and explained how to properly certify and send my mail. He didn’t charge anything and didn’t even give me his contact info, just the name of his tax agency. Truly selfless and helpful in a moment I really needed it.
Joe and his team have helped me navigate the web of owning my own business and making sure that my taxes get filed properly. They’ve helped me get caught up, and I feel like I’m on the right path forward now. Even though I still owe the IRS and the state, I’m at least happy and relieved that I decided to do something about it, and Eagle tax resolution is getting me on a better path forward in regards to my taxes. Spent $4,500 and got nothing in return. i was hoping to get some refund since they couldn't resolve my problem bot nothing.
Called Eagle tax for the first time and spoke to Joe. He spent a lot of time speaking on the phone with me free of charge and explaining how to handle a situation. He is very generous with his time. Looking forward to working with him this coming tax season.
Not sure why people are leaving bad reviews cuz Joe was epitome of a true professional! Knowledgeable. Experienced. Affordable. Excellent communication skills. Most importantly, he delivers results!! Don't waste you're time looking around, he really is the best!
