I have been so unsatisfied with the service and support I have NOT received. I was Expecting to receive expert service that is in my best interest and have received literally nothing and have paid $2800. I communicate in the portal and wait weeks for a response. The one time I got a call regarding my taxes they wanted me to pay $4000 more dollars. When I asked what the difference was from the original contract I wasn't given a response. Eagle Tax Res was a great organization to work with. Joe was vey confident and had a thorough understanding of the tax code. He walked us thru the process and saved us from a 200k plus tax bill to zero!
For anyone with IRS tax issues, Joe and his team at Eagle Tax will make your nightmare go away. I hired Joe after IRS froze my checking account and levied my wages. I was hesitant to spend $5000 to hire a tax pro thinking I could deal with IRS directly but sadly that wasn't the case. IRS is not your friend. They only have one goal. To collect money.
