Eagle Safety is the only occ med facility in San Angelo I have had a positive experience with. Tommy was way more of a help than he had to be, even calling other facilities on my behalf to confirm they could provide the services I needed. Communicated very quickly, kindly, and professionally. Will be using again and highly recommend for pre-hire/ safety compliance needs. *They are also the only facility I found in San Angelo area for 100+ miles that provides quantitative respiratory fit testing.
