I just want to say how much I appreciate the Staff and Administration at Eagle Ridge in Memory Care. My Mother has lived there for over 3 years and they have been doing a very good job at taking care of her and listening to me when I have concerns. They encourage her interests and understand her dry humor. I am able to come in any time to visit (which I do) and the staff is always friendly. She seems to be very comfortable living there, which eases my mind. Thank You Eagle Ridge!

My mother was a resident at Eagle Ridge Senior Living for 4 1/2 years. The staff and administration were wonderful and my mother loved it there! There were many activities to keep residents busy and happy. It was sad for all of us when she had to leave, needing other care. The staff called me when incidents happened and issues came up. They were extremely helpful as we waded into the bureaucracy of paperwork and phone calls when a move was necessary. The assisted living residents are a great group! There are some good staff and some that shouldn’t be there. My mother was a resident for about 5 months, she had Alzheimer’s and wasn’t able to speak up for herself. At one point she started wandering and was given a wander guard, that night she walked out the front door and fell on a culvert. I have a relative currently residing in this facility. The care is inconsistent, primarily due to the staff on duty at the time. The inconsistencies flow into all aspects of the care that is needed. This includes, but not limited to, medication administration, bathing, night time routines, resident checks that are documented for all to complete and sadly empathy, patience and basic caring for another human.
