Avoid this realty company at all costs. The apartment was fine but they will charge you fraudulent move out charges once you move out. Had multiple issues with them during our lease term. They resolved some and ignored others. At move in, our apartment was dirty, damaged, and the air conditioner barely worked. At move out I had cleaned the apartment three times better than it was when we moved in and had replaced multiple damaged items with our own money.
