DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This is our second lease. The first year we were here under contract with our insurance company, after a fire. We had issues with kitchen cabinets coming off the walls, and a secondary maintenance worker being a bully. Both issues were handled. Now that we're not under insurance contract, we've had a massive flood, on 9/11/2020 ....due to improperly repaired plumbing (as stated by an independent licensed inspector) before we moved in. I have lived here since the town houses were built in 1997 it is quiet and a nice place to live. I do have questions about things done or not done. They roofed our building but stopped and left mine and the building next to mine not done last week yesterday they started an end apartment om another building instead of purse. I asked at our office why mine was not done they answer they can't afford it. So today they are putting roofing tiles on another building. What is up!?
