Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations due to the company’s way of handling the situation. We spent significantly more time waiting than actually skiing. Instead of cancelling the trip and issuing a full refund given the conditions, we were taken on very small runs that honestly did not justify the use of a helicopter. If it was possible i would put a 3 and 1/2 star rating and heres why: Pros: Guides and all the staff where super professional and well trained! Helicopter pilot was one of the best pilot I’ve ever seen in my life The views and terrain they bring you too are also exceptional Cons: . Our shuttle was 20 minutes late (at 3k a day I expect on time shuttle ans not having to call them to look if they forget us) . Have now completed my second day heli trip with Eagle Pass. I can now say that they continue operate with consistency, and everyone goes out of their way to make your day memorable. The guide team makes you feel safe and prepared from the start of the day onwards, and the pilots are top notch. When the helicopter would land near us, it made the gap between my goggles and helmet really cold, and I got snow on my forehead! There was a pilot named Chris, and a guide named Chris. Their moms should have talked, and named them differently, it would have been less confusing. I had to shred tit deep snow all day. The Chris’ wouldn’t even take us to a less technical green run.
