The worst customer service. Very unprofessional have filed a complaint with the state. Hopefully this branch closes soon. Don’t deserve to be there. Especially when u can’t answer your phone for your customers. Disgraceful!!
Been calling since 10am. It’s 1:30 pm and no one has even picked up the phone smh.
No one is taking calls, maybe something is wrong with the systems, plan on visiting the office and ask about my stuff and their phone system
This is the worst credit union ever !!! I have been getting the run around since July 20 This bank is a joke. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
