Poor customer experience. Went with the intention to purchase quality chair for in-home use within my price range. Salesperson showed two chairs, one was clearly of used condition. Asked if I could order one, he showed little interest in doing that, or making a sale. Left with nothing.Later asked receptionist for a return call from someone able to help assist me, never got call back. Much has changed, not the local friendly type business it once was. Ended up purchasing from ergonomic chair from Monarch.
