Horible company. Invested 200K DJ basin wells in Colorado. Reports show the wells producing as expected, but distributions have halted. I have requested access to financial statments numerous times with not results. With oil prices way up and production at close to forcast levels, the only conclusion I can draw is executives have enriched them selves at the expense of investors. STAY AWAY!!!!!
