Do not use Eagle Mountain Moving! Not an actual business. Ask for a business license, business address, family business partners, something legitimate- there is none. If you like ghetto moving then these people are for you. Not a licensed professional moving business. Rick can be nice though- it's all for your money. I wouldn't rate even 1/2 a star.

They helped me last minute so i'm grateful! But they showed up a few hours late and rushed because they wanted to get done. My stuff was upside down and put everywhere! It was pretty insane! But they got the job done and helped me out. They rounded up on the price to the next hour. That was surprising cause they never mentioned that. I'd use them again though. They worked hard.

Ricky confirmed they would be at my house to load U-Haul at 9:00am sharp. Not only did he/they not show up, he did not call to tell me they’d be late. He ignored my calls/texts. I called him from a different number and he answered. Over an hour later he said “Oh, sorry we are running late. We should be there in 30-40 min.” I had another moving company scheduled to meet me in another city to unload U-Haul, so obviously this was a huge inconvenience. The owner is a joke. Old man is obviously some sort of junkie/drunk. Lost half my stuff. The chick that "works" with him- RUDE af. This is NOT a family owned business. The old guy, the owner Rick, has no family! Do not use them.

Totally ripped me off, bad attitude, left for over an hour and came back with a third helpers did not agree to pay for and loaded my stuff randomly and poorly. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.
