I believe the two negative reviews about the patient being left in a wheelchair, and the person who was abused who was going to dialysis. The exact same thing happened to my family member who used this transportation for dialysis. I am sorry to hear others have experienced the same terrible service we have, and I appreciate that word is getting out about this horrific company. Please go elsewhere for help for your vulnerable loved ones.
My compliant is about one of the workers verbally abusing a handicap , dialysis female patient every time the male worker had her on his route on a Saturday. The worker would yell, chastise and even make the patient cry. The office was called about this elderly abuse. And surprise no return call as yet. I actually heard he might be a co owner . horrible
Absolutely horrible people. Left my dad out in the heat, in his wheelchair, while he waited for them for 30 minutes while they decided to pick someone up else first. All about money. $500+ per ride and they don't take insurance. Neglectful. Edit after owner's comment: it was you and you know it. Don't try to save your reputation by playing dumb. Everyone knows your company scams people and only cares about money. You did this to a family I know as well. Neglectful.
