The Sidney Eagle loan store has the best staff ever. Fast and professional they are top notch in every way. When you walk in the door they say hello which gives a warm, friendly vibe. The whole process is quick and they do such a good job that I think they would be great customer service trainers for other companies because that kind of personal touch is rare today.
