Infringement of contract!! I spoke with a member specialists via phone and within 24 hours illegally charged me a "door knock" fee as a bully tactic. I have a car loan EFCU. The car was totaled and EFCU was paid over 11K (the full loan) less of 500. I made an agreement with a member service specialist manager (Kimberly ****** to pay $100 for five months to complete the loan. In which I did make the first three payments.
