We had an appointment on Saturday, 02/14/2026, around 9:00 AM. We checked in and were assigned a door, but it was very muddy, so the truck got stuck. Be careful. We called a tow truck to get us out. The team waited for us. Thank you to them for that. However, for a location where big trucks come, it’s too muddy everyone should be cautious. Loading was completed around 1:00 PM. Since the product was ready, they loaded quickly.
Worst shipper ever! The load was not ready till 5pm, my driver has been waiting the whole day to get loaded, no detention was paid and they wanted him to run this load to Houston TX illegally. When my driver refused, they cut $250 off of the rate. Never ever going back there again!

Dicen los brokers " que ellos estan pagando solo 3000 a houston por cebolla , es una carga complicada pesada, con riesgos , la verdad es muy difícil creer a los brokers el 99% miente , ojalá y mejore todo porque sino va a tener que parar toda la camionada
