Easy peasy
Zero stars REALLY needs to be an option. I thought oh cool a location closer to AAA as I needed to replace a lost debit card, then get my overdue car tags fixed. Nope- its corporates headquarters. Didnt say that anywhere online, or the door or lobby. I was sensing something wasn't quite right as it was a small lobby with 2 locked doors and a phone. The one and only ATM is not working.
I've been working with David C. in collections for a couple months. He's very understanding, has attentive listening and gives you options. I had transitioned jobs at the end of last year and I was working with David month after month regarding my auto loan with Eagle Credit Union to avoid falling behind on my title.
