Update: A helpful lady from the bank followed up and called me to help me resolve my online banking issue! I am now giving 5 stars, their service is excellent! Older: I generally like this bank. They are competent, friendly, and helpful at both branches I use. My only reservation is that I have had no luck getting their routing numbers to work for auto pay for my credit cards. I have checks, and I have tried several times with 3 different credit cards, but they won't accept the routing numbers. I have always auto paid this w... read more
I generally like this bank. They are competent, friendly, and helpful at both branches I use. My only reservation is that I have had no luck getting their routing numbers to work for auto pay for my credit cards. I have checks, and I have tried several times with 3 different credit cards, but they won't accept the routing numbers. I have always auto paid this way with other banks I used in the past, so I believe there is an issue with their system.
