Awesome workers, very respectful!
Employees and customer service there is amazing!!! The Bank itself, not so much. You have to apply before being able to deposit anything, making it very difficult when the weekend comes. Must do in person only. No online benefits and constant freezing account for fraudulent, they say, even if it's $15 @ sonics. I would NOT recommend this bank even if it was the only bank available. I am always very well taken care of and can trust the girls with my money and privacy. 5 stars.
I appreciate the fact that they have regulations the employees must follow. That said, I waited two weeks to have access my money after opening an account. I had to move three days after creating an account and had to wait for the two weeks with no money. Finally my money was available and after telling the bank I would be out of state the first time I used my card my account was put on hold. I was in the middle of no where again without money causing me to live in my car nd not eat until I could borrow money. It cost me ove... read more
