Awesome workers, very respectful!
Employees and customer service there is amazing!!! The Bank itself, not so much. You have to apply before being able to deposit anything, making it very difficult when the weekend comes. Must do in person only. No online benefits and constant freezing account for fraudulent, they say, even if it's $15 @ sonics. I would NOT recommend this bank even if it was the only bank available. Glad I left and happy at my new bank who provides numerous of benefits including what I'm used to in California. Do not get sucked into thinking ... read more
